NASHVILLE, TENN. - (February 11, 2013) - Last night's GRAMMY® win for TobyMac adds to the whirlwind success of his latest release EYE ON IT, which took home the award for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album. This marks his second GRAMMY® as a solo artist and his sixth career win. The award comes after the album's impressive debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 and iTunes® Overall Album charts and following his first American Music Award win. The GRAMMY® was announced during the pre-show at the 55th annual GRAMMY® Awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Upon hearing about his win, TobyMac, who was headlining Winter Jam in Atlanta, said, "As a teenager writing songs, I never imagined winning a GRAMMY...it is an honor every artist dreams of! I'm truly humbled and so grateful for the amazing talent that surrounds me."

With over 11 million units in career sales, TobyMac's career continues on the fast track, with his most recent project, EYE ON IT, garnering him the highest chart debut of his solo career landing at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 and topping the iTunes® Overall and Christian sales charts.
